Originally released on November 18, 2011 by Mojang, Minecraft turned out to be a huge success -- selling the most game copies by far than any other game has, which is still true till this date. Minecraft Dungeons is a crawler developed by Mojang Studios and Double Eleven & published by Xbox Game Studios. While Minecraft is more of a creative game, Minecraft Dungeons is an action-adventure game: focusing on defeating various levels, in order to unlock 250 unique artifacts, gear, and new enchantments in a quest to save the villagers and take down the Arch-Illager.
Minecraft Dungeons offers a fun, yet different experience from Minecraft. And while it may seem not entirely enticing for the typical Minecraft player at first, most do end up having quite some fun -- which is proven by it's steam reviews, rating the game as "Very Positive". Minecraft Dungeons even features an extremely fun multiplayer mode just like normal Minecraft, offering you to team up with friends in order to defeat levels and unlock new gear!
