Rules and Regulations
By accessing MinecraftAlt's website we assume your acceptance of our Terms of Service in full. Do not continue to use MinecraftAlt's website if you do not accept all of the Terms of Service stated. The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any or all of our Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States of America. to restrictions outlined in our Terms of Service.

Access to our services
Access to our services is a privilege and not a right. We reserve the right to deny any access to our services including but not limited to: Web Services, Email, Live Chat, Discord, Support Channels, and more at any time and for any reason that we may desire to do so without any explanation. If you do not agree with any Terms of Service on this page, you are in immediate violation of our Terms of Service and must exit our website and services immediately.
Communication
Any explicit or, otherwise infamatory language, slander, or defamation will result in a block of any and all services including access to our web services, Discord, Live Chat, and Email. Please use common sense when talking to the operators of MinecraftAlt and reach out to the proper channels in case of any issues.
Warranties
All MinecraftAlt products come with a Lifetime* Warranty (unless explicitly stated otherwise) which only may cover the removal of access to your Minecraft Account only if the original owner has taken back the account, and the customer is able to provide valid proof in the form of a Dispute Email and if no terms are broken. Any other reason for warranty is not guaranteed, unless Support is able to identify a reason that significantly alters the usage or claims of the account purchased. In case any terms covered in our Terms of Service are broken, we reserve the right to withdraw your warranty without any necessary explanation. Warranties are never backed by cash value and will only be provided in the form of equal value of product. If equal value of product is not available at time of replacement, you will be required to wait until it is available. Please see "Instructions" and "Lifetime" on how your warranty may further be impacted. Warranties may only be claimed via proper Support Channels, otherwise are not applicable.
Lifetime
The term Lifetime indicates that services with an applicable warranty will receive our service as outlined in our terms, till we are no longer offering services. We reserve the right to end our services at any time we desire, however, this will typically come with a prior announcement.
Instructions
Every product provided by MinecraftAlt is guaranteed to come with a set of personalized instructions that you must follow in order to utilize your product. If for any reason you do not follow the instructions properly and your product is malfunctioning, which is including but not limited, to: a Demo Account; we are not obligated to provide you any warranty. If you have any questions or are confused about our instructions, please contact the correct Support Channels (Discord, Live Chat).
Claims and Guarantees
Any claims made by MinecraftAlt or its staff are not guaranteed accuracy, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our Terms of Service or the sole owners of the website, however are generally accurate. MinecraftAlt does not guarantee access to any of it's services, for any reason it may be, such as but not limited: Loss of Data, Downtime, and more. MinecraftAlt suggests keeping any important data such as product information or instructions from our website locally available, in accordance to our License.
Payment
Any payment made to MinecraftAlt is final and non-reversable. If for any reason this clause is violated, we reserve the right to take legal action according to local laws, or utilize Debitors to reclaim any lost funds. Please contact us via our Support Channels before issuing any chargeback, dispute, or reversal of your funds.
Refunds
MinecraftAlt operates on a strict no refund policy. If any refund is issued, we reserve the right in accordance of our "Payment" policy to take legal action if required
Support
Support is only provided within the proper Support Channels listed on our website. We do not guarantee that you issue will be solved. Any support inquiries are answered in the order that they are received, and are attempted to be answered as soon as possible, however, under certain circumstances you may be required to wait up to 3 business days for a reply. We guarantee that within 7 business days you will receive a reply, as long as you are not in violation of any Terms of Service, or have been blocked from our services. At the current time, this includes Discord and Live Chat. Anything said by our Support Agents are not guaranteed and may not be accurate. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further information, and if further clarification is needed please email [email protected]. We are not related to any other website and are not obligated to provide any support for other websites. We may only provide support for our own website and services related to MinecraftAlt.
Privacy
MinecraftAlt will try it's best to keep any customer or user information private. Any personally identifiable information is only accessable to the owners of MinecraftAlt and if any breaches are noticed, we will notify our customers of such accordingly. We do not guarantee your privacy, however as stated, will do our best to keep your information private and secure. MinecraftAlt utilizies various techniques to secure any information that is private. We do not directly collect personally identifable information such as names or addresses. We may collect IP Addresses which is only utilized for fraud prevention, and Email Addresses to send your product to.
Fraud
MinecraftAlt does not tolerate any fraud or attempt to defraud any of its services, customers, staff, or business. Doing so will result in consequences such as but not limited to: Legal action, permanent suspension from all MinecraftAlt services, and anything else that we may deem necessary. The term "fraud" includes but is not limited to: Credit/Debit Card fraud, Chargeback fraud, Dispute fraud, Identity fraud, Unauthorized Banking Fraud, Unauthorized Purchases, Phishing, and Social Engineering.
Abuse
MinecraftAlt reserves the right to define abuse of it's policy for any reason, however, the most general reasons for abuse of policy may include but is not limited to: Denial of Service, Spam, Malware, attempts to hack or gain access to any of its services which is otherwise prohibitied, or making any false claims to our Support. Any abuse will be dealt with accordingly, but the most general result to the individual behind the abuse is subject to a bar from our services and possible legal action according to local laws.
